ORDER

The writ petition has been filed seeking Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to refund the deposited amount of Rs.1,19,676/- with 12% interest from 16.03.2019 till the date of receipt of the amount within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the amount claimed in the writ petition would be refunded to the petitioner within a period of four weeks.

3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. It is needless to say that the amount shall carry bank interest until the date of payment. No costs. 27.10.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes Rmk 2/4
