ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.06.2025 for the offences punishable under Sections 9(n), 9(m), 9(l) and 10 of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 74, 75, 85, 296(b), 115 and 351(3) of BNS in Crime No.21 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is the father of the victim girl. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has committed sexual assault against his daughters. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is no way connected with the alleged occurrence as stated by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender and has committed sexual assault against his own daughters, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
