ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition No.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.1025 of 2025 dated 26.09.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 02.10.2025 till today, without fail. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would also concede the same.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet came to be filed before the PCR Court, Tenkasi and is yet to be taken on file.

5. Considering the above, the condition No.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD)No.1025 of 2025, dated 26.09.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Tirunelveli Junction Police Station, Tirunelveli District daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
