ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.14140 of 2025 dated 26.08.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for nearly 30 days. Further, the investigation is pending.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 30 days, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.14140 of 2025 dated 26.08.2025.. 26.08.2025. is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.''
