ORDER: The Court made the following order :- The petition has been filed to modify the condition (b) imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.15294 of 2025 date 15.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner prays for modification of the condition in clause (b) in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.15294 of 2025 date 15.09.2025.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation is completed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.15294 of 2025 date 15.09.2025.

5.Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.15294 of 2025 date 15.09.2025, ie., "[b] the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He has to co-operate for the investigation", is modified as under:

"[b] the petitioner shall report before the Dindigul Town West Police Station daily at https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

10.30 a.m., until further orders. He has to co-operate for the investigation" The other conditions imposed by this Court are confirmed. 6.Therefore, the criminal miscellaneous petition is allowed as prayed for. 17-10-2025 Tmg To 1.The Inspector of Police, Sanarpatti Police Station, Dindigul District.
