ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl OP.(MD). No.11701 of 2025 dated 18.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet has been filed, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD).No.11701 of 2025 dated 18.08.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP.(MD).
