ORDER

The petitioners seek to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.17 of 2025 on the file of the first respondent police, which was registered for the offences under Sections 296(b), 115(2) and 351(2) of BNS. 2.When this Court expressed that the point raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner are factual in nature, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition and has made an endorsement to that effect. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the impugned FIR was filed on 20.01.2025, the respondent police have not filed the final report sofar and that the petitioner's right to speedy trial is violated.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the respondent police to 2/4
