ORDER
The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.15519/2025 dated 18.09.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions for nearly 17 days. Further, the investigation is pending and the petitioners have one previous case.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition for 17 days, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD)No.15519/2025 dated 18.09.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD)No.15519/2025 dated 18.09.2025 is modified as ''the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.''
