2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to reduce the amount to Rs.10,000/- instead of Rs.45,000/-. 4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the condition No.5(b) is modified to the effect that "5. ...(b) the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten thousand only) to the credit of the Environmental Committee..." . The other portions of the order remains unaltered.
