This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 24.09.2025 from the file of the third respondent to the file of the fourth respondent or any other competent or suitable Investigating Officer.

2. Admittedly, no FIR has been registered on the complaint given by the petitioner, and only an enquiry is pending. Therefore, the transfer of investigation, as prayed for by the petitioner, cannot be ordered. The petitioner's complaint is pending with the third respondent only to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out. The third respondent shall complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
