O R D E R

During the pendency of the writ petition, another transfer order was issued in proceedings dated 01.12.2012, transferring the writ petitioner from Pattukottai to Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Sikkal, Nagapattinam District.

2.Pursuant to the order dated 01.12.2012, the writ petitioner had joined on 05.12.2012 at Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Sikkal, Nagapattinam District and hence, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the initial transfer order in proceedings dated 20.09.2011, which is under challenge in this writ petition. 3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
