ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and dispose the representation of the petitioner dated 28.06.2010, regarding the upgradation of scale of pay of the petitioner, in the light of Government Letter No.42228/BPE/03 dated 15.09.2003 on merits and in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
law within a time limit specified by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.M.Ravi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.S.Satheesh Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 3 and Mr.Pala Ramasamy, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent. 3.Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that after the aforesaid representation dated 28.06.2010, the petitioner made another detailed representation dated 20.01.2011, which has been considered by the second respondent and order dated 02.02.2011 has been passed, a copy of which has also been produced. 4.Recording the aforesaid fact, as there is nothing which survives for consideration, this Writ Petition is disposed accordingly. No costs.
