PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the proceedings of the first respondent in Roc.A3/24876/2011, dated 29-07-2011 and quash the same and consequently directing the Respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner in the cadre of Night Watchmen at the Office of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sivakasi from the date of his initial appointment (ie., 23-01-1991) as done to other similarly placed persons with all consequential benefits both service and monetary.
