This writ petition has been filed praying to issue a direction to the third respondent to cancel the license issued to the sixth respondent for the mining operation in R.S.No.693/8B at Meenan Gannipatty, Kunnuvarankottai, Viralipatty , Nilakkottai, Dindigul District based on the Petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2010. 2.None appears for the petitioner.

3.Mr.M.Alagathevan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the lease period granted to the sixth respondent for mining operation is already over.
