The petitioners have sought for a direction to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry, on the basis of the petitioners representation dated 08.10.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that an enquiry was conducted based on the complaint given by third respondent and the said enquiry has now been closed. Hence, the petitioners would not be called for enquiry anymore.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
