This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to pass suitable orders for transferring the investigation of the petitioner's complaint dated 14.08.2023 from the file of the third respondent to some other agency, within the period stipulated by this Court.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first to fourth respondents would submit that, on the complaint of the petitioner dated 14.08.2023, a CSR was registered and the same was later closed. Page No. 2 of 4
