ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Kamuthi, Ramanathapuram District to fix the time for the compliance of the order made in I.A.No. 200 of 2023 in O.S.No.27 of 2023 dated 20.12.2023 and to pass order within time frame as fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the limited order passed in this petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3. Pursuant to an order passed appointing an advocate commissioner and the advocate commissioner has also been issued warrant on 20.12.2023 and even after nearly two years, the advocate commissioner had not filed a report.

4. In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, 2/4

Ramanathapuram District, to expedite the report of the learned Advocate Commissioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, Ramanathapuram District, shall recall the warrant issued to the learned Advocate Commissioner on 20.12.2023 and appoint a new Advocate Commissioner.

5. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
