ORDER

The petitioner has sought for a direction to the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner at the instigation of the respondents 3 and 4 herein in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that an enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the respondents 3 and 4 against the petitioner and that the same would be completed within a period of two weeks. 3.In view of the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent Police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to communicate the result of the enquiry to both the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
