ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondent police, submitted that this Court had already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and further directed him to do social service at Virudhunagar Government Hospital. CRL OP(MD) NO. 18077 of 2025 petitioner has not complied with the said direction. He further submitted that though sufficient opportunities were granted to the petitioner to comply with the direction of this Court, he failed to do so.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission, the anticipatory bail granted to this petitioner is cancelled.
