By relying on the 'A' Register, the petitioner had submitted a representation for rectification of the patta to the extent that it wrongly specifies the survey number as 35/36 instead of 36/36. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.
2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's request for rectification would be considered and disposed of by the Revenue Divisional Officer within two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Accordingly, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's request for rectification and pass orders on 2/4
merits within two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
