Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to register the settlement deed dated 09.10.2025 executed by the petitioner in favour of her son Winslow James Anton S/o. Winslow James Royan, in respect of the property comprised in Old Survey No. 544/166A1 New Survey No. 544/166A1A1A, to an extent of 7 acres situated at Podel Nagar, Thangachimadam Village, Pamban Group, Rameswaram Taluk, Ramanathapuram District in Settlement deed No.TP/234761618/2025 presented on 13.10.2025.

In view of the interim order granted against the writ petitioner in I.A.No.4 of 2025 in O.S.No.184 of 2025 on the file of the 1st Additional District Court, Ramanathapuram. If the petitioner succeeds in getting interim order vacated, the writ prayer can be renewed.
