2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15728 of 2025, dated 08.10.2025 is modified 2/4

and the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Sakkottai Police Station, Sivagangai District, daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
