By relying on patta No.605 in relation to the land in Natham Survey No.173/36, the petitioner had applied for the conduct of a survey. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that there is no dispute in relation to the property.
3. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that action would be initiated on the petitioner's application and all necessary steps would be taken within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. In view thereof, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second and third respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's request 2/4
for a survey and complete the entire process within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the owners of adjoining lands and considering objections, if any, from them. No costs.
