The grievance of the petitioner is that his name was removed from patta No.1389 without issuing notice to him. After presenting an appeal before the first respondent in this regard, the petitioner seeks the early disposal thereof.
2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for both the respondents. He submits that the first respondent would consider and dispose of the appeal on merits after issuing notice to the joint pattadars.
3. In view of the limited relief claimed, it is sufficient to dispose of this Writ Petition by directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and all the pattadars under patta No.1389.
