ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to nominate the petitioner as the Secretary of T.S.Rajan Primary School at Poosaripatti, Mallanampatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District as per the recommendation of first respondent in Na.Ka.No.1063 M3/2010 dated 3.11.2010 and to take appropriate action against the respondents 2 to 4 based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.09.2011 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

3. It is represented that the writ petitioner himself died.

4. As the cause of action is personal and no steps have been taken till today to substitute anybody to continue with the writ petition, the same is dismissed as abated. No costs.
