ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.Sale deed dated 23.05.2025 was executed by the first petitioner in favour of the second petitioner. It was presented for registration before the respondent. The respondent citing the bar set out in Section 22-A of the Registration Act refused to register the document. Challenging the same, this writ petition has been filed. 3.The second petitioner herein who is the purchaser has given an undertaking in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition that the land will be converted as a house site only after getting permission from the competent authority. The undertaking of the second petitioner is placed on record.

4.Recording the undertaking of the second petitioner, the impugned refusal check slip is quashed and the writ petition is allowed. The parties are permitted to re-present the document. It shall be registered and released subject to fulfilment of other usual formalities. No costs.
