Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the the learned Additional Government Pleader for the Registration Department and the learned Government Advocate for R5.

2. The petitioner wants this Court to nullify the document that was registered way back in the year 1994. According to the writ petitioner, it is a case of impersonation. The petitioner relies on the findings of the Inspector of Police, DCB, Pudukkottai. In writ proceedings, such issues cannot be adjudicated. The petitioner has to necessarily move the jurisdictional civil Court for obtaining relief as sought for.
