The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 162 days in representing C.M.P(MD) SR No.24644 of 2025 in SA(MD)No.151 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the respondent and also perused the records.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that they are not having objections to allow this petition.

4.Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to take the petition on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter on 22.01.2026.
