By relying on sale deed dated 08.08.2012 and Patta No.13024, the petitioner had applied for survey of land in Survey No.194/1A1B. The present writ petition relates thereto.

2. Learmed Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) accepts notice for the third respondent. Learned Special Government Pleader submits that action would be taken on the petitioner's application for survey within three months.

3. The petitioner has placed on record both title and revenue records in relation to the relevant property. Therefore, a case is made out to consider the petitioner's application. Accordingly, this writ petition is 2/4

disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to initiate action on the petitioner's application after issuing notice to owners of adjoining lands and considering objections, if any, from them. The entire process shall be concluded within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
