ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2025 dated 28.02.2025 and file the finial report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the respondent is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of three (3) months.

3.
