ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1060 of 2025 in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11140 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.590 of 2024, dated 31.01.2025.

2.It is evident from the records that this Court vide order, dated 31.01.2025, in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11140 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.590 of 2024, directed the petitioner to appear before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Periyakulam, on the first working day of every English Calendar month until further orders.

3.Even according to the petitioner, the petitioner has complied with the said condition from March 2025.

4.Considering the above, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition at this point of time. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
