After presenting a revision petition before the District Revenue Officer against the order of the Revenue Divisional Officer, the petitioner seeks the early disposal thereof.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3. He has placed on record the inquiry notice issued by the District Revenue Officer scheduling the inquiry on 21.11.2025. He submits that a speaking order would be issued within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

3. In view thereof, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the fourth 2/4

respondent in this Writ Petition. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the District Revenue Officer to consider and dispose of the petitioner's revision petition on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent. A speaking order shall be issued within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
