O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking directing to the 2nd respondent to pay the retirement benefit like Gratuity, Leave encashment, Provident Fund amount etc., within the time specified by this Honble High Court with 10 percent interest as declared by the Government of India.

2. Considering the fact that the petitioner had superannuated on 30.06.2025 and as of now he had not been paid with his terminal benefits.

3. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to pay all the terminal benefits to the petitioner together with statutory interest within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
