ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.07 of 2025 dated 04.09.2024 and file the final report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of two (2) months.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to conclude the investigation and file a final report within a period of two
