By this miscellaneous petition, the petitioner seeks to implead the officials of the HR and CE Department.

Since the petition proceeds on the basis that the Temple is the owner of the property and such Temple falls within supervisory control of the HR and CE Department, the petition is liable to be and is hereby allowed as prayed for.

The order shall be issued in the main writ petition after carrying out the amendment.
