The charge-memo issued against the Writ Petitioner by the first respondent in proceeding, dated 19.8.2011, is under challenge in this Writ Petition.

2.Mrs.A.Mekala, Assistant, Office of the Commandant, TSP-I Battalion, Trichy is present before this Court today. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 made a submission that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, disciplinary proceedings were concluded and an order of punishment of removal was issued in proceeding, dated 23.01.2013.Thus no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
