confirmed nine years after by the Settlement Officer, Ezhilagam, Chennai in Revision No.48/09 (E2) dt: 27/05/2009 and the consequent issuance of patta in names of Amalorpava Jayamary, L.Bahghya Marry and A.Saghaya Jesindha bearing patta No.5903, dated 01.02.2011 for the Punja agricultural land admeasuring 2.80.00 Hectares = 6.92 Acres comprised in Survey No.927/1a (covered by patta No.5903) along with pears and plum trees situate within the vilpatti village, Kodaikanal Taluk and Dindugal District situate within Sub-Registration district of Kodaikanal and Registration District of Dindigul and quash the same and cancel the patta and direct the respondents 1 to 4 to issue patta in favour of the petitioners and pass such further or other orders.
