This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 25.07.2025 seeking issuance of Site Visit Certificate for the work Construction of Additional Building in Government Hospital at Ettayapuram, Thoothukudi District as notified in e-Tender Notice No.10 SE/Buildings (C and M) Circle/Tirunelveli/2025-2026 dated 15.07.2025, and consequently direct the fourth respondent to issue the said Site Visit Certificate forthwith, enabling the petitioner to participate in the tender process 2/4

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is informed that the auction has already been concluded. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.
