ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 06.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the representation of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the third respondent on 29.08.2025.

3. Recording the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure of his complaint, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
