The present civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the order in I.A.No.6 of 2025 in O.S.No.69 of 2021 dated 01.09.2025 on the file of the learned II Additional District Munsif Court, Nagercoil. 2.Considering the fact that the first respondent/plaintiff had himself made an endorsement that the application may be ordered on terms and also considering the fact that the suit is still pending consideration, the ex parte order is set aside on the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority, Kanyakumari.

3.In fine, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
