O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus as against the first respondent for issuance of passport to the writ petitioner based upon his application dated 04.10.2025.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the second respondent, the petitioner has been implicated in a criminal case in C.C.No.104 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Eraniel.

3. Considering the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to approach the trial Court concerned, seeking prior permission of the Court to go abroad. In case, if any such application is filed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of four weeks. Based upon the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, the first respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law.

4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
