The above petition has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 5 as legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and rank them as appellants 2 to 5 in the above second appeal.

2. No representation for the fifth respondent.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 6 to 11.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that they are not having any objections to allow the petition.

5. Considering the above, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the main papers.
