C-60. To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner while granting anticipatory Bail to him vide order in Crl.OP. (MD) No. 12419 of 2025 dated 28.07.2025 passed by this Court.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP. (MD) No. 12419 of 2025 dated 28.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for nearly 51 days. Further, the investigation is pending.

with the condition for 51 days, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP. (MD) No. 12419 of 2025 dated 28.07.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP. (MD) No. 12419 of 2025 dated 28.07.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for investigation / interrogation.''
