The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.70 of 2023 within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would submit that the respondent is conducting the investigation in an effective manner and they would file a final report within a period of three (3) months.
