This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under the POCSO Act, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil, to accept the surrender of the petitioner and to recall the warrant issued against him on 13.10.2022 in Spl.S.C.No.20 of 2016, on the same day of his surrender. 2.Admittedly, the warrant is pending since 13.10.2022. This Court cannot, at this stage, issue any direction to the learned Judge to dispose of the petition for recall of the warrant in a particular manner. It is for the learned Judge to deal with the petition in accordance with law.
