ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to modify the condition imposedn Crl.M.P.No. 5243/2025 in Cr.No.60/2025 dated 11.09.2025 on the file of the Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court under Essential Commodities Act, Thanjavur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner prays for modification of the 1st condition imposed by the Trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.5243/2025 dated 11.09.2025.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has 15 previous cases and the investigation is pending.

4. This Court is inclined to modify the 1st condition imposed by the Trial Court against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5243/2025 dated 11.09.2025. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

5.Accordingly, the 1st condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 5243/2025 dated 11.09.2025, on the file of the Additional District Judge/Presiding Officer, Special Court under Essential Commodities Act, Thanjavur, ie., "1. that the petitioner/accused is ordered to be released on bail on deposit of cash of Rs.50,000/- in the crime number of this case, besides executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- along with two sureties each for like sum to the cash deposited satisfaction of this court", is modified as under:

"1. that the petitioner/accused is ordered to be released on bail on deposit of cash of Rs. 10,000/- in the crime number of this case, besides executing a bond for a sum of Rs. 25,000/- along with two sureties each for like sum to the cash deposited in satisfaction of this court"

The other conditions imposed by the Trial Court are confirmed. 6.With the above said observations, the criminal original petition is disposed of. 17-10-2025 Tmg To
