C-60.To relax the condition in to imposed on the petitioner while granting bail to him vide order in Crl.OP(MD)No.13882/2025 dated 21.08.2025 which was subsequently modified by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.12602/2025 dated 17.09.2025 ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.13882/2025 dated 21.08.2025 which was subsequently modified by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.12602/2025 dated 17.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the charge sheet is filed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the charge sheet is filed, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No. 13882/2025 dated 21.08.2025 and also in Crl.MP(MD)No.12602/2025 dated 17.09.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Crl.OP(MD)No.13882/2025 dated 21.08.2025 and also in Crl.MP(MD)No.12602/2025 dated 17.09.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court as and when required .''
