By asserting title under a sale deed dated 30.05.2005 and the judgment and decree dated 28.08.2019 in O.S.No.354 of 2018, the petitioner had submitted a representation dated 15.09.2025 for cancellation of patta No.1434 in the name of the fourth respondent. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.
2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3. He submits that the second respondent would conduct an inquiry, provide a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and, thereafter, issue a speaking order within three (3) months.

3. In view of the above submissions of the learned Government Advocate, it is not necessary to issue notice to the fourth respondent in this Writ Petition. Instead, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to conduct an inquiry in relation to the petitioner's request for cancellation of patta, provide a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and, thereafter, issue a speaking order within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
