In Crime No.321 of 2025 : Respondents Prayer:- This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, directing the 2nd respondent to produce the body or person of the daughter of the petitioner namely Bhuvaneswari, D/o.Senthilkumar, aged about 25 years before this Court and set her at liberty to the petitioner and pass such further or other orders. O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN.J.) The petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue, filed this petition to produce her daughter namely Bhuvaneswari before this Court. 2.The petitioner being the mother of the detenue lodged a complaint before the 1st respondent alleging that her daughter was missing from 01/08/2025. On receipt of the complaint from the 1st respondent, the 2nd respondent registered a case in Crime No.321 of 2025 under 'Women Missing'. Since, no action has been taken by the 2nd respondent police, the petitioner is constrained to file this petition, 3.Pending this petition, the 2nd respondent found the detenue and produced before this Court. On enquiry by this Court, she would state that she on her own volition went to Tirupur and working there, due to misunderstanding between herself and her husband. She would further state that the petitioner also compelled her to go to her husband's house and now, she wants to stay with the petitioner. 2/4

4.Recording the above, the detenue is handed over to the petitioner, who is the mother of the detenue. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
