ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.06.2025.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the pursuant to the representation of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the third respondent.
3. Recording the said submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure of his complaint, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
